Unfortunately, all payments are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. You will be required to accept our terms and conditions prior to committing to a group trip. In the event that a trip is cancelled by Elite Travel Queens due to a travel safety issue or anything that we feel will not be safe for our group, we will then carefully evaluate all options and communicate with you directly. Our normal protocol would be to review offering a future travel voucher credit that can be applied toward another trip and on a case by case basis we may have an option to offer a refund. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
No, not at this time. We chose not to offer roommate matching for a variety of reason. Some of which include safety concerns surrounding Covid-19, also the possible issue of your assigned roommate cancelling which means you may end up with paying for an increased single occupancy rate etc. Our trips are designed to offer you a luxury travel experience and stress free. We may consider offering this service in the future, but not right now. If you want a roommate, it will need to be someone you have already communicated with and you both have an understanding of our terms and conditions regarding double occupancy rooms.
Yes! We offer payment plans. Please always reference the payment deadlines.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. A payment link will be sent to you automatically each month to request payment. All payments are due on the 15th of each month. You are always welcome to pay your trip off in advance or pay more than the monthly amount due. We only accept funds in USD.
NOPE! I am sorry, we don't accept payments from those vendors.
Yes! Think about it, if you join our trip, you are making a huge investment with your hard earned money. We all know that unforeseen circumstances can get in the way of an event. We want you to be protected. Our packages are nonrefundable. We have suppliers that we have to submit payments to in advance that will limit our return of funds because of our deadlines etc. Our goal is to make sure you are happy and we care about your experience with us. Pay for the insurance, you will be happy you did.
Example: You checked in the airport with your nice LV luggage set and honey, maybe your bag got lost or stolen somewhere along the way, wouldn't it be nice to file a claim to help replace some of the lost items. OH, or maybe your flight was cancelled and that caused a major interruption to your trip. Well, our trips are dedicated to ladies traveling together, but men are welcome as long as they are traveling with another companion.
If your roommate cancels, then you can find another one or upgrade to the single occupancy package.
Great question! We actually create a private Facebook group specifically for the trip you will be attending. You're able to connect with the participants in that group and we will also have a few Zoom call sessions that we will set up to discuss the trip in more detail and to stay connected.
Final travel confirmations will be sent out at least 30 days prior to departure via mail.
Our group size may vary based on the destination. We like to keep our group small. (15- 20 passengers) We believe that by accommodating a smaller group everyone will have the opportunity to really enjoy themselves as well as getting a chance to know the rest of the group.
