When you book your flights we recommend you use this guide for booking:

Departure from U.S.

September 23 to arrive anytime on September 24 into Athens (ATH)

Return to U.S.

October 2 - Athens (ATH) preferably 12p or later headed back to U.S.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is required to be purchased when you travel with Elite Travel Queens.

You work hard for your money and unexpected things happen and we don't want you to not be protected in the event something disrupts your plans.

Note: Proof of travel insurance must be sent to us no later than 30 days prior to departure. We will send out a couple of reminders. If you are looking to purchase a cancel for any reason policy, then your policy must be purchased same day or within 24 hours of your deposit.

Payment Plan:

A payment plan is being offered for this trip. You are expected to make monthly payments to keep your booking active.  All payment are due on the 15th of each month and a payment plan schedule will be sent to you.

All payments are nonrefundable/ non-transferrable.

Final payment deadlines- Don't miss it. If you are having an issuing making any payment, but for sure final payment, you must notify us in writing in advance. We will check to see if we can offer an extension, but most of our deadlines are pretty solid. We want you to enjoy your trip and not stress about your payments. Talk to us in advance.

All payments for Elite Travel Queens, may appear as Hayes Executive Travel on your bank statement.  We use Square and PayPal.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS, CASH PAYMENTS OR CASHAPP.

Package Pricing:

The packages for this trip are for land only and does not include flights.

The packages are for single or double occupancy and the price listed is PER PERSON in USD Currency.

Single Occupancy - One person in the room with one bed.

Double Occupancy- Two persons in the room with one or two beds.

The minimum deposit for this trip is 20% down USD/Nonrefundable per person.  If you select this option, you can make equal monthly or bi-weekly payments until the final payment.  You understand a payment schedule will be sent to you based on your choice.

Final Payment is due July 10, 2022.

Cancellation Policy for Land Packages: 

• If you have to cancel your trip, you must submit your request in writing no later than 90 days prior to departure to receive a future travel credit that can be applied toward another trip - minus the non-refundable deposit and any applicable fees incurred from the supplier.  
• 89 days - 31 days prior to departure - Nonrefundable Penalty of 50% of total charges 
• Within 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of total charges
• Future travel credits will not be made for late cancellations, no-shows, early departures or unused services etc. 

Final Itinerary

You can expect to receive your final itinerary at 30 days prior to departure.
